  • Gently used items may qualify for store credit or a partial refund, depending on their condition.

Application Concerns:

Our lashes are designed to be simple to apply, but we understand that some customers may experience challenges at first.

Because application-related issues are not considered product defects, we do not offer refunds for this reason alone.

That said, if you've genuinely attempted to apply the product following our instructions (Visit "How to use?" page and see video tutorial) and still find it unusable, please reach out. We'll review the case and, when appropriate, provide a solution tailored to your situation-this may include store credit, a partial

refund, or a full refund at our discretion.


Defective or Damaged Products:

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us with images of the product within 30 days of delivery. We will gladly send out a replacement order or issue you a full refund.


Items Lost in Transit:

By ordering from us, you agree to our shipping times. Most orders are delivered within the posted time frames; however, external factors can sometimes cause delays. If your order shipping times exceed our displayed time frame by 10 business days, you can contact us, and we will gladly send out a replacement order or issue a full refund.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with your product and the product is unused, you are eligible to return it within 30 days after receiving it. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@beautivella.com.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Beautivella.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Beautivella will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details for the customer to investigate.
